• Size 6 – UK L½ / EU 52 (16.5 mm inside diameter)
• Size 7 – UK N½ / EU 54 (17.3 mm inside diameter)
• Size 8 – UK P½ / EU 57 (18.1 mm inside diameter)

The easiest way to find your size is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you and compare it with the measurements above. Alternatively, you can wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger, measure the circumference, and match it to the closest size.
